Vacuum belt hydroextractor

Vacuum belt hydroextractor (also named fixed rubber belt vacuum filter) is a new solid-liquid separating equipment with high efficiency and continuous operation, based on introduction, assimilation and digestion of the techniques of the same products overseas. It has achieved solid-liquid separation by making full use of material gravity and vacuum suction. In terms of its structure, filtering section is arranged horizontally lengthwise, and length of filtering section can be fully used to fulfill in turn such a process covering filtering, rinsing and sucking up, with advantages of high filtering efficiency, productivity, good rinsing effect, wide application range, simple operation, stable running, convenient maintenance and service. It is especially suitable for filtering suspension liquid feed pulp with coarse particle of solid phase, high density and requiring frequent washing of filter cake. It can be widely used for solid-liquid separation in industrial sectors like metallurgy, mining, chemicals, paper-making, foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and environmental protection. It has special perfect application in gypsum dehydration in the course of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) by wet process.

Special Features of Vacuum Belt Hydroextractor
● Air-cushion support or water-film support or support with closer rollers is adopted for the belt. Belt will run by floating on the support cushion, reducing resistance during running and prolonging the service life of rubber belt;
● Adopting annular friction belt, it has a bigger tensile strength and longer service life;
● Modular designing is adopted for the whole structure, which is flexible for installation and convenient for transportation and installation;
● The automatic realigning device for air-bag filter cloth can ensure stable running of filter cloth;
● Automatic liquid discharging and separating device or that of liquid column type is available in vacuum balance state, which can be flexible in achieving automatic liquid discharging of potential difference or liquid discharging of high potential difference for the vacuum belt hydroextractor. This can meet requirements for various operating conditions.
PLC is adopted for the control system while due consideration is provided for the design of interface technique with remote DCS control; it is possible to effect PID setting for equipment running, on-site and remote automatic control, and safety control and process monitoring for the equipment running.
