 Filter colth cleaning device Filter cloth and rubber belt are cleaned by means of spraying the process water. Furthermore, the sealed tank with vacuum suction pipe is provided, which can ensure the clean working field and the normal running of rubber belt hydroextractor. By adopting the product made by American Spraying Systems Inc. for the spray nozzle, the cleaning effect can be best guaranteed. |
 rubber belt supporting device Plane water lubrication supporting structure is adopted for rubber belt supporting device, i.e. shoe plates are arranged at both sides of rubber belt of filtering surface. With a water slot in the plate together with lubricating water, rubber belt runs on the water film, which can reduce the abrasion of rubber belt, prolong the service life of rubber belt and reduce running resistance. |
 Remote control system Remote and local interaction control makes it easy to operate the machine and carry out unmanned operation. |
DCS Control System:
1.Frequency inverter, proximity switch, limit switch, and thickness gauge are adopted.
2.It can realize control for deviation, limiting position of rubber belt (stop, node signal output), tensile fracture of filter cloth (stop, node signal output) for the system.
3.It can turn the machine on/off remotely and locally, adjust the rotary speed of master motor automatically according to the thickness of the materials and output to the communication interface of DCS system.
4.Imported products and domestic products of well-known brands with stable and reliable quality are adopted for the elements of control system. Therefore, the system control is stable, reliable and practical.
 Water switch for vacuum filter belt The control system of belt filter is equipped with flow switches used for alarm for low sealing water flow in vacuum box, alarm for low lubricating water flow in skid platform, alarm for low water inflow for operation of vacuum pump, and alarm for low water flow for flushing the filter cloth, etc. The control system is also equipped with the electromagnetic flow meter for monitoring the water for spray washing the filter cake. Once the set alarm range is reached, signals will be sent to DCS system. |
 Emergency pull switch Emergency pull switch is provided at the working field of the equipment. In the event of emergency at the working field, an operator in the field can pull the emergency stop switch according to the situation at the field, to stop the equipment urgently and ensure safe operation of the equipment. |
 Thickness control This system is also equipped with ultrasonic thickness gauge, which can output 4~20mA analog signal to DCS system according to the thickness of the material. And finally, DCS system will adjust the frequency of inverter based on the feedback current, to control the rotary running speed of drive motor. |
 Limit switch The equipment is further equipped with limit switches for collecting the disalignment limit of filter cloth, and the disalignment limit of rubber belt. Once the disalignment limit range is exceeded, contacts signal will be sent to DCS system, and the whole system will stop immediately. Under normal working status, left and right oscillation of the filter cloth within a small range may exist, and the equipment has its own automatic deviation-rectifying device. |

 Accessory Equipment Filter-fabric flushing water tank adopts carbon steel lined with rubber, or PPR, and vacuum pump is connected with water intake of filter-cloth water tank. Ball cock imported from Germany is adopted for water refill valve, low liquid-level alarm switch are provided.Therefore, automatic control over the whole spray washing process can be achieved. |
 Filter cake washing tank The discharge outlet of filter cloth flushing tank is connected with the inlet of filter cake rinsing tank. The refill valve adopts imported ball cock for auto water supply.Automatic drain valve and low liquid-level alarm switch are provided. Therefore, automatic control over the whole spray washing process can be achieved. |
