
2. Main features:
A. Big processing capacity and good concentration effect. This equipment can achieve a tailings concentration of up to 40%~70% after concentrating tailings of metal mines, with suspended substance in the overflow less than 500×10-6.
B. Compared with a common thickener widely adopted by mineral processing plant, this equipment is remarkably featured with a big height in appearance, of which, aspect ratio is normally at 1.5~2; it is difficult for forming into large scale.
C. It requires a small floor space, small investment, low power consumption and running cost and convenient management.
D. Plastic sloping plate can be installed inside the equipment, increasing effective sediment area and concentration efficiency as well.
